From the home screen, use the Primary Navigation bar at the top of the page to locate your desired product. It also includes a search field to help narrow your options.

Select a product category from the drop down menu to see products in that category. Choose a product from the page to see more product details, personalize, and order the product.

Note: The product options available to you depend on your customer type.

Using the search field, enter your desired criteria: item number, product name, or other search criteria (color, theme, material, etc.). Product suggestions will appear as you type. Click on an individual product to go directly to its page or press enter to view all results, which you can further refine with filters.

Once you’ve browsed or searched for a set of products, you can further refine your selection.

Choose a subcategory

Product categories are listed in the top left of your category pages. Click on one to narrow your results to that category.

Filter products

Choose from a number of filter options to refine your search so that only products that meet the criteria in your filters are shown.

Filters include

• Availability
• Material
• Color
• Can be Personalized
• Size
• Height
• Capacity

My Account

From this menu, you can quickly access menus in the Customer Center, including signing in, signing out, managing your orders, and reviewing personalized drafts. For more information on the Customer Center, read this guide.

Cart

Click the cart to check the contents of your cart, modify it and begin checking out.

Account Management Bar

If you manage multiple accounts with the same email address login, this bar identifies which account you are currently using. To switch to another account, click on “Sign out as customer” and choose a new account from the menus. For more information on account switching, read this guide.

The footer provides quick access to various shopping pages, account management links, and policies on Memory of a Lifetime.
